Nasty Nasty dirty stinky room Grime in the shower tub and rust Bad odor in the whole place Won't stay in that one again!
Wall had a hole in it and was cracked, entertainment center wood was broken, leather corner on bed was ripped, black molded caulking in the bathtub, bathroom doors were falling apart. Could hear the room next to us talking. I guess the walls are paper thin too. Parking lot and hallway was littered with trash.
Airport shuttle wasn't working and I didn't get my wake up call.
Elevators weren’t working properly which was scary.
Bathroom not clean. People outside turn music so loud. Dog barking next door. Bug in the light
The room was not clean, the bathroom was not clean and door coming off hinges, the sink was clogged after using. I called knowing my flight into Austin would be after checkin time to have it noted and even did early check in on app with message of arriving late
There was a water bug in the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep. Other than that it was ok. Breakfast was good.
