Elevators did not work and we had go up 5 flights of stairs to our room. Was not informed until we arrived and had already checked in. Conditions outside were not well kept
This place is nothing special. We did have some issues when we were there... if staying in a suite and using the pull-out couch to sleep on, make sure the mattress is thick enough for a good night sleep, ours had springs sticking out. Also, one of the days, they ran out of 1/2 & 1/2 for our morning coffee, how ridiculous. The elevator closest to our room was out of order and the key cards didn't work properly. On the plus side, our shuttle driver, Oscar, was very pleasant and personable.

Mattress really need to be replaced really bad condition

Mold in room from leaking shower We noticed that the room initially smelt musty and damp but didn’t realize until later when our bags were soaking wet that the shower was leaking into room so the carpet was soaking wet. This was definitely not a new problem either, the wall had mold, the wall molding was peeling off and the carpet looked rotten.

So disappointed. Unclean, sad service, definitely not a highlight of visiting Austin.

Neighbors partied all evening the staff did not offer a room change or any accommodations. I did not get sleep. This hotel houses party type trashy crowd. Not family friendly.

Got room at 5th floor. Elevator did not work for my 3 day stay
