Disappointing Room and hotel overall needs rehabilitation-- paint peeling, shower didn't look clean and the shower faucet was so tight/ hard to turn on and off. The "convenience store" and grab and go breakfast were disappointing. The morning of check out there was a roach crawling across the counter-- GROSS!

Fair I didn't like that our room shared a door that led to the room adjacent to us. The door was locked and secured but knowing that we were sharing a door with complete strangers was a little uneasy to say the least. This setup also allowed us to hear everything that was going on in the room adjacent to us and really did give us privacy or a sense of security for me and my family. The manager and staff were very friendly and polite. The location was convenient. The room was very neat and clean upon our arrival.

Disappointing Lady at front desk was not nice, and one of the beds had a urine smell and it wrecked our stay. Great location

Disappointing Mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable. Says it’s breakfast included but it’s actually coffee and muffins. so their breakfast is just an early snack Nothing

Room 301 Executive King, False Advertised Breakfast, Broken car window The toilet seat was very loose, nonclosing bathroom door, and loose floor trim. That's the bathroom. The bedroom had a small queen size, not king as the room was titled, Executive King. Peeling paint on the ceiling. We were not able to take breakfast. One of the reasons we took this hotel is in their photos they show a full hot breakfast. All they had set out were small sugery-packaged items. Fair Don't know how much of it was due to covid restrictions, but breakfast pretty much did not exist: Just some muffins and snack bars. Waffle machine did not work, no other service available. During 5 days of stay the room has not been cleaned once, not even after asking for it! rooms are very spacious and comfortable, huge bed
