Rooms were updated. Mine did not smell clean. In fact it smelled like dog urine was in the carpet.

There was a funny smell in the hallway... the room was recently remodeled so that was nice (think they forgot about the shower)... they made no concessions for breakfast.. wasn’t available because of Covid but other hotels made it contactless... huge fight in my hallway at 3am and no one answered at front desk when tried to call about it

Everyone was very nice and the room was clean. The only problem was that when we went to breakfast most of there items were out or very low and breakfast was still going for another 45 minutes. Mostly just one girl running it so they might just need a little extra help. Overall everything was great.

On the ground floor and room was very noisy. Room was very nice and clean, bed very comfortable. I would stay again, request a room on a higher floor.

First, I would like to say how we enjoyed Austin and the people in Austin. This was our first time in Austin and we had a wonderful time. We have stayed at many La Quinta Inn locations throughout the country but unfortunately there is very little consistency. This location looks nice when you view the online pictures but is very different when you see the property in person. It’s a very old property that was poorly renovated within the past 10 years. Mattress was bad . I think too many people already sleep in those mattresses one side was lower than the other side . No good

Overall appearance when you arrive is nice. Rooms updated but bathrooms not. Bathroom needs major work especially tub area. Peeling and moldy. There is a large space between door and floor so you hear all the hallway traffic and if you have an adjoining room you hear their conversations as well. The bedding is scratchy and not comfortable. Pillows also poor quality. Would not stay here again. 2 minute drive to airport so location is good. Plenty of other airport hotels next door would choose one of those.
