Terrible stay, booked the room for 4 people and were told upon check in that there were no pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. Couch mattress was stained and ripped and were only provided a sheet. Paid over $200 and my teen children had no pillows. Would never stay there again.
Hotel close to airport, staff was great. Shower was really moldy in corners. Thought they served a complimentary breakfast...it was coffee, oj, granola bars, fruitcups, and prepackaged muffins.

They advertise free airport shuttle, that's why I booked the room, they have no shuttle, had to get a cab!!

I spent two days at this hotel, two days apart. Staff was friendly. However, we needed a shuttle, when I called the hotel, they said they had a shuttle.when I got there, no shuttle. It cost us $40 for a taxi to get to the hotel, and only $13.00 to go back to the airport, even though it is close, they have surcharges when you leave the airport. Dogs barking in adjacent from 2-4 am both nights. Front desk staff was eating chips and wearing ear buds when I went to alert them of the disturbance. No apology was offered. Or any alternative. Pool was the reason we chose the hotel. It was closed until almost sundown. Didn’t get much sleep due to the dogs barking. I would like a refund!!!

The breakfast was terrible. There was a gutter banging all night against the room. Floors were sticky, the tv channels were all messed up. It would say a show and be a completely different show. The keys hardly worked and would take a few min to get in the room.

Hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Multiple barking dogs in hotel rooms.
