We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and it's airport shuttle service. We hadn't been in our room for 5 minutes and a huge water roach runs across the wall. We go to the bathroom and there are dirty rags in the shower. The room is extremely hot and when I go to adjust the a/c I notice that there is black mold in the vents. We go to the front desk to tell them and they immediately become defensive saying that there is nothing they can do but my husband reassures them that he is not looking for anything to ... read more

The rooms require to fumigate asap my daughter and me was bite on our legs badly by a spider or bugs

I liked the fact that it was nice for the amount that was charged. Only problem was checking in. Christy has a hard time with the system, where payment kept getting declined but in all actuality the payment was pending. While trying to figure out the situation, Christy asked for assistance from Daliah. She tried to help ended up getting frustrated & had an attitude when we were questioning the issue. side door always opened. this is a safety concern. breakfast offering is minimalist.

The staff was quite rude at times and didn’t tend to cater to our needs. We asked for some water multiple times and it took over 45 min. When asked again they were rude saying they were busy with a customer.

Hotel is not so clean. Cleaning person came into our room but did not change our sheets only made our bed. Saw no reason for them to come into the room if they were only going to make the bed. Some of the towels provided had hair on them.

I did not like waiting for the shuttle for 45 min at the airport in over 100’. Excuses are not good customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the extended wait time for our shuttle. Prompt and courteous service from the airport to our hotel should be a given and we expect nothing less. We will follow up with all staff members to make sure this does not occur again.

Very clean staff was polite had noisy loud tenets I had called the front desk about the noise desk said they would tell them to stop it’s stopped a little bit and and started again needless to say I didn’t get any sleep I paid good money to be able to rest
