Dog next to my room kept barking
They were supposed to have shuttles to the airport. They didn’t. Wouldn’t stay here again. They used the excuse of covid but across the street Marriott had shuttles. I’ll stay there next time
Proximity to airport
Basically it was a place to sleep, no accommodations though due to covid. So the pool was closed and there was no continental breakfast. Also, since it's a pet friendly hotel, there are no designated rooms that are pet free. So if you have allergies, like my family does, then this is not the place to stay!
The room itself was nice, however all amenities were closed duento covid (including shuttle, continental breakfast, fitness room, and pool, which was not indicated anywhere on Expedias website, nor Laquintas site itself. I even clicked on the covid reatrictions link, which did notblist anything.) Had I known this, I never would have booked. Ended up being a very inconvenient, expensive stay with added transportation and meal costs.
Awful! Dirty, poorly trained (if at all) staff. We were sent to a room that was already occupied. We could have been shot opening and stepping into a room where someone was already sleeping. Stay at any other hotel within a stones throw of here.
Awful...Simply Awful. Sleep in your car instead. Horrible staff, Dirty facilities, insecure parking. Leave immediately.

Upon arrival I could tell it was going to be a rough spot. The lobby was overall clean, the halls to get to your room were dimmly lit and smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. When we got on the elevator my two year old was able to easily knock the electrical panel door off which exposed all the wiring. Our room was overall clean, but the beds were TINY and dipped in the middle.
