Staff was unhelpful. Poor customer service. Needed a roll a bed and staff refuse me to get one because they could not leave the front desk
Room was clean.
No shuttle to airport and no laundry service.
Unfortunately, the sheets did not seem to be changed as there were lipstick stains and hair on the pillows and sheets. There was also roach in our bathtub on the last day.

Room was dirty and poorly maintained. No fan in bathroom and door wouldn’t shut. Could barely get in room because card reader barely worked. Also poorly staffed so rooms weren’t cleaned daily and sheets weren’t changed.
Bathtub drain was clogged on arrival. They did come and snake it and it seemed ok. But next morning clogged again. TV channels and info displayed on screen did not match the channel that was actually on. TV apps did not work. I was able to get on my HBO Max account but nothing would play. Very old and dilapidated property. Needs a lot of up keeping. Customer service is non existent. There’s nobody in the front desk, you need to wait for a while for someone to show up. Will not stay there every again
