Was expecting an “airport” hotel to be closer to the airport and to have a shuttle running. $20 minimum for taxi ride or a almost $50 Uber to get to this “airport” hotel from the airport.
No internet connection room was a little dirty fridge still had food in it from previous occupant
We will never be back!
We had an issue with our AC unit, maintenance came to check but didnt notice anything wrong so the front desk came to check and heard the buzzing sound even when it was off. After a night in that room they finally switched us. The whole gym was "out of order". The pool was only opened from 5pm to 9pm but we tried to go around 8 and it was already locked. Breakfast was ony 2 types of muffins and a couple of breakfast bars. They said they would give us a $50 credit but got charged the full amount.
Room smelled really bad.

Location is great 20 min From everything ! They claim that they serve breakfast but it’s actually a box filled of muffins and fruits cups with coffee only!!!! Horrible staff they didn’t accommodate us for 2 extra pillows. And we have reservations for 4 people and only had one set of shampoo/ conditioner bottles and no hair dryer. And staff at front desk never greeted us . Will not recommend this hotel !!

Bathroom was not clean when we were given the room. Found a bed bug in our bed, front desk lady dismissed us when we told her about it, told it was not a bed bug. Well aware of how a bed bug looks and there was definetly one in our room.
Bathroom doors were fold-in 2 doors....terrible feature and didn't work. A/C - window leaked all over floor from rain, right when we got in room police dept came KNOCKING on door next to us......family argument and we were given room right next to this issue. TERRIBLE! Dogs in rooms wanting out. No notice on towels NOT being exchanged and no room service, which we were not told at check-in so no restocking. Had to track down supplies daily for our week stay. Would not stay here again.
