It was dirty walking in front lobby and throughout the entry way. No hair dryers available even when called the front desk not giving any out so inconvenience. The people around were loud. Alot of entering and leaving the room it was loud. And the kids yelling playing with door. Asked to be relocated to another room front desk said couldn't. But 15 minutes before we had a choice of placement but couldn't change after noise complaint.
Don’t stay here! Rudest staff EVER! No breakfast! Wish they would have told us THAT when we checked in! Room #108: No blowdryer in room, 1 coffee for 2 people, 1 shampoo for 2 people. Dirty floors, hard, lumpy inner spring mattress. (The “pillow top” is OLD and broken down!) Shower doesn’t work properly, and is WAY TOO HIGH for wheelchair bound guest. Poor cleanliness bathroom and towels dirty.. pillows sticks.
Rooms were very nice, but no hot water which was disappointing and front desk staff seemed frustrated when brought up at check out.
Theirs never some one at front desk.. also they do not clean the rooms everyday
This hotel was awful. We were driving from out of state, during the hurricane, and the hotel called us on more than one occasion threating to give our rooms away, (That had already been paid for) if we didnt show up soon. We also wanted a non-smoking room and we got smoking rooms. The manager and staff were not friendly. We had Do Not Disturb signs on the door, and they still went into our rooms. This is by far the very worst place to stay. I would suggest sleeping in your car, before you choose to stay here.
No shuttle to airport and was not told until after checking in - woke up at 2:30 AM with adjoining room screaming until 5:00 AM - was placed in a handicap room
There were bed bugs in our room, had to get a different room at 1am. Worst experience ever
