Poor The hallways were stuffy and smelled. Bed was hard and not comfortable and had a bunch of small pillows that seemed so used and run down. Thank goodness I brought my own pillow. Small fridge kept making a noise, very annoying at night. Overall not impressed. Location was great, staff was very nice and helpful.

Very Poor We reserved the room with two beds and then got one king and a little sofa for six of us. Then they gave us a different room on the first floor that reeks of urine. Then there were no extra rooms so we got stuck in the urine room. The entertainment center was literally falling apart because animals have peed on it so many times and it was never cleaned up. The particle board was literally falling apart. The carpet in that room what is so nasty our feet were black. Atleast the pool was open.

Great location and the staff was very friendly but there’s a bed bug infestation. Beds………hair from I don’t know where and bed bugs. Location and friendliness of staff.

If you can't provide a room that someone booked you have a responsibility to advise of changes. The room I booked my mom and I did not get. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. We ended up with 1 king bed.
