Don't Stay Here Read above Did not get an ADA room or even a room near the lobby or elevators as requested. But was offered a room in line with what I requested for MORE money. Clerk was SLOW and condescending and seemed to not know what she was doing. Room was at the exit, as far down the hall as possible, and next to maintenance. Compressor left on ran every 15 minutes all night long. VERY HARD bed and pillows had regular lumps and hard lumps and woke with neck pain.

will not ever be staying here again! room very dirty. furniture ripped and broken. Staff were rude! actual poop in shower and shower chair. was told no other rooms available with that type of “code” whatever that means. we had also got another room for my in laws. same thing with furniture. Broken nothing

Poor Front desk girl got off phone with a guest she was frustrated with and proceeded to express her grievance to me upon checking in. Thought it was immature and unprofessional and even though I responded cordially and compassionately, her manner was short and tearse after the fact. Room had a slight smell to it and some screws and a comb left in the floor. We were too tired from a 10 hour drive to make a fuss but we will not be back, im wondering now if the positive reviews were not genuine

Poor My sheet was on bed was dirty . Employees had rude attitude and act like they didn’t wanna work then…. I asked a question & they told me they didn’t care & why I’m asking them I didn’t like nothing about it the employees was rude & unwelcoming. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work there

Poor Room had a bad smell to it. Hair was found in the tub and clean towels. The pool was great.
