Not Happy The first room the AC didn't work and It smelled like a sewer and was very nasty and it ruined my whole Birthday The location and the price

Disappointing Toilet needed attention and I was charged $100 extra deposit. It was kinda clean.

I will just stay with friends and not book a hotel. The water pressure and the heat of the water was terrible. The English speaking staff was great in being friendly. The staff that aren't fluent in the English made me feel very uncomfortable and that I was not welcomed. The $100 room deposit is outrageous! Third floor has soft spots in the flooring and it feels like your going to fall through. The location was great.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again, One of the evening staff lady’s was very rude. The location is good, but the service was bad. The staff was very rude, she wanted to remove me from my room even after I had already paid. I had to call the police so she wouldn’t kick me out.

Wouldn't chlorine kill the virus? Wouldn't sweat be more of a threat? When I checked in, I went up to my room, changed into swim trunks, and jumped in the pool. I floated around about 10 or 15 mins, showered off in the shower provided in the pool area. I used the restroom in the pool area. Grabbed a towel, sat down dried off. Then went back to my room, changed and left to go run errands. Returned to my room. One of my friends was also in the Burleson area in a hotel and I mentioned the indoor pool. $100 for incidentals I can understand holding 20 or 30 for incidentals. But $100?? Will never stay there again. Most hotels in that area don’t even hold anything, especially if you are paying with a cc. Nothing

Great people. Terrible rooms. TERRIBLE! 1st room had no power at the nightstands. Had to move to a smaller room with smaller beds. BOTH rooms had sinks with cracks in them! BOTH. Staff was excellent.
