Bad We asked to check if we could cancel because our airline cancelled the flight, they didnt even reply they couldnt. They just simnply didnt replied, that is not acceptable. At least you can reply

would not recommend Never was able to get a room, was given multiple keys but none worked. I wasn’t the only traveller with that issue.? location was close to the DFW airport and easy to get to
everything was good other than not cleaning the room that they don't clean room unless you ask them too but didn't tell us at checkin in and when I called and complain they had me go down stairs and get the towels instead of sending someone up with towels room very comfy and good breakfast
