We left a few minutes after we got back from lunch. We were promised our money back when the manager got there but have The room smelled of mew-dew carpet and the phone didn’t work. The front desk clerk (Jacob) was really nice and helpful.

Not worth it. At all. Stay away. The floors were sticky, the walls were so thin we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms, the folks above us must have been elephants and were stomping around until close to midnight both nights of our stay. No vent in the bathroom which in turn made the room HUMID. There were deep gouges in almost every wall, stains on every piece of furniture. Won’t be coming back like before. Looking for a new hotel when in Arlington. Stayed here often in 2021 and 2022. It’s definitely declined. Not as clean. Lots of things broken. The location was desirable. Lots of things nearby.
