Bad The customer service was horrible. They overbooked my hotel and put me out in the cold. The excuse was that my credit card was wrong after showing them that it was perfectly ok and the mistake was on their end. Nothing

Looks like if it is normally very good, but not when we stayed. Feel we payed a lot more than fair We stayed 5 nights. Only had hot water for one day. "Plumbers" were "fixing" the problem, but hot water didn't get to the 4th floor. Was very frustrating, though I understand that are things that can happen, when we arrived to our reservation, they told us we might not have hot water for 6 hours at the most, and most likely if it really would take that long, we would get a discount on that first day... This place was not travel friendly Nothing They had NO water at check in and NO HOT WATER until "further notice" this was no where on their site nor posted at checking. Then at check out the worker behind the counter charged me extra, I had to call the manager to get it corrected

Disappointing I didn't get to stay at this facility. After driving over 4 hrs to get there, I was informed there would be no hot water for approximately 72 hrs. I had to cancel the location and book another one. N/A

Good I forgot my jewelry and called before the day staff arrived ( I left at 3:00am). I told them I would be back through Dallas in a little over a week. I was told to make sure i bring my ID that I used at check in. When I went back on May 29 I was told that my jewelry was given to someone in my party.
