Very disappointed with stay. Never again will I use their hotel. The Booking site said full breakfast. The breakfast was pure prepackaged rice crispy treats, I had to ask for a toaster. Only coffee and water. Oranges nothing else. I chose this hotel because I thought it would have what was advertised which was eggs, sausage bacon, waffles and pancakes. Muy mala atención El personal pésimo, no atiende no están nunca en el lobby, ni el teléfono contestan, tu e que bajar y esperar mucho a que alguien apareciera, e asignaron una habitación de discapacidad a pesar de haber solicitado que era un error, y el desayuno es pésimo, está bien qué está la pandemia pero solo dan yogurt café agua embotellada y unos muffins. Disappointing They didn't clean our room.. Didn't have any towels.. No one was at the front desk.. Pool

Poor experience Hot tub was not functional. Many of the hand sanitizers were empty. Woman at the front desk was very rude and condescending and pulled her mask under her chin the entire time. Breakfast bags were a joke (bottle of water, small muffin and an orange). Likely won’t be back to a La Quinta. It appeared clean.

One pissed off person We was supposed to check in at 3 rooms were not ready we had to sit in the car and wait.. We had No towels in the room, that was a an hours wait!! It was supposed to have hot breakfast, not the case and didn't state it otherwise, didn't have enough breakfast at all. The staff in the lobby was running back and forth making sacks to go breakfast..we didn't have breakfastt there. Fair Didn't have enough towels in the room. I wasn't given a wifi code. Parking is horrible. They have about 20 spots for the entire building which sucks. They say they offer breakfast but it was sandwich bags with a cereal bar and muffin. I was totally disappointed. They put a hold on my card twice. Once for 154 dollars and the second one when I got there for 134 dollars. So if you are limited on money I wouldn't recommend. Good thing I was not. Room was clean and the staff was really nice.

Do not stay here Had to wait and hour and 30 minutes for them to clean a room. When my room was ready I walked in on a couple half naked. The gave me another room that was missing towels, tub was dirty, missing coffee cups, the beds was rock hard, and it was the wrong wrong. ( I didn’t book that room). Nothing
