Disappointing Shower wasn’t draining properly and my toilet was also was flushing Properly. I hate taking a shower and having the waste water flowing back on my feet. The location was Convenient. Stuff was super friendly

The “service dog” next door barked all night and there are bed bugs!!! Bed bugs Hot tub in room

Hotel looks fancy from outside but disappointed indoors. Everything looks old and out of style. Beds were hard like a wood, same with pillows, room didn’t even have a place to sit. Bathroom is full of mold and the room didn’t even had an smoke detector!!!

Disappointing Shower had mold, shower curtain and bedroom curtains both stained. Shower head was leaking out the shower which made a large puddle. Comforter was lumpy because the interior filler broke down from over wash and was extremely uncomfortable. Guest were not wear masks in common areas. No waste bags in the dog walk area so no one was picking up after their dogs. Staff and location

Bad Breakfast was a brown bag with cheap water and snacks Bed was soft.

Would not stay here again The A/C only kicked in on 67, then so cold you couldnt stand it. Furniture better for wear, chunks of wood gouged out. Wallpaper on wall ripped . Coffee set up, poor excuse. No rail in shower/tub to hold on to and no , slip proof grips on bottom of tub. Over all, for the price you pay it was done very cheaply. The design was nice and staff was nice

Bad ELEVATORS The ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING..Guest got stuck in the elevator...very scary ONLY one staff on duty all day!

terribly embarrassing since I rented the room for my friends. Waste of money. Came to spend a relaxing weekend with a friend who had just lost her husband. Wanted to use pool and hot tub for the weekend. went to dinner after arriving Friday came back to use pool and hot tub to find 30+ people in the pool and hot tub including kids up until midnight. Same thing happened Saturday beginning at 2 o'clock. 50+ people having party till after one. Gates propped open filthy pool and pool area. Could not even get in. Manager did not ... read more
