Will never Return to stay The 1st room we got the top cover didn’t look clean so when we requested clean linen the front desk gave us different room stated it may smell like fresh paint due to unable to give clean linen. The 2nd room smelled like mildew, the chairs were dirty,we had to flush toilet by filling the ice container with water since no maintenance person on-site. Poor Elevator, the manager disrespected me. I left a note asking for a meeting, he got my note and didn't meet me from day two through checkout. The elevator has a burnt smell, the panels are falling off the wall. I called thyssenkrupp elevator and there was no work order. They said they don't have the contract, the hotel should contact the contractor to fix the elevator. Pool

This building needs a lot of updates and strick no smoking of anykind policy When the doors from the elevator open to the floor our room was in I got a smell of cigarettes and the hallway smelled like marijuana.There was mold growing around the bathtub, there was bed bugs or something because my mother I have several bumps all over our bodies. The towles had stains on them. People in one of the rooms had a dog barking. I didn't even stay the 2 full nights I booked the room for. It was at a close distance from my event

awful everything this was the most disgusting and degraded hotel we have ever stayed at. when we approached the front desk after 30 min she finally came down and told us to call the cops if we didn’t like it. this was the actual front desk attendant. Worst hotel ever The first thing we noticed is people smoking weed outside. There’s a sign of “ smoke free facility “ on the lobby but the whole floor we stayed at smelled like weed. It’s the worst hotel we’ve been to. This is not a place you’d want to bring your kids too. We didn’t like anything about this place.
