A dump. Paid over $170. Booked a king room, they gave me two doubles. The place is a dump. Literally. Do NOT be conned i Everything. Nothing

Poor Elevator smelled like burning electrical wires, room was poorly painted, tub had cracked and missing caulking, carpet in room was moist, toliet kept refilling every 2 minutes, missing light bulbs in lamps. I had upgraded to have a tub in our room, and didn't get that. Staff was nice.

Bad The entire hotel smells moldy. Room would not stay cool- small ac unit for big suite. The room was dirty- hair in the tub, dirt and grime everywhere, empty tp roll with no extra. The entire place feels grimy and unclean. The beds were comfortable.

Pleasant First the elevator smelled and the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of urine all the way to our room so everytime we left the room and came back we smelled pee, very strong pee smell, and no we didn't report it because we knew they already knew it!We will never stay at that hotel again, NEVER! Didn't eat breakfast and location was okay because it wasn't far from where we were going and it was across from Walmart

Bad The first room I got had a weird smell and the toilet seat were disgusting. I went to the front lobby to ask for a room upgrade and received the King suite with hot tub. Everything was ok until I woke up in the middle of the night (1am) and there was a cockroach crawling on me I panic woke my fiance up to kill it then I go to the restroom and there's another one crawling on the sink. Bad Room in bad condition, one roach, bathroom curtain broken, sheets looked very old almost dirty yellow instead of white

Disappointed LaQuinta DFW Clogged drain in shower Stained towels Soiled, soiled sheets Mildew smell in hall and room Breakfast was decent Front desk gal was very understanding and helpful in accomodating late check out. Due to funeral I was attending when in town.

Disappointed! I have also booked two other La Quinta hotels, I hope it will be a better experience The bathtub was not draining at all. Seemed like bathing in a pool. Notified the staff who promised to call maintenance. No one came and we didn’t get any update from the staff. We Indicated that we were a family of four but got only two towels The posted sign at the checkin and information from the staff said breakfast was at 6am; when we came out by 6:30am, we saw another sign at the breakfast area that said it was at 7am. I went to request a refund, they offered another room I declined! Got my money back After checking in I went to Walmart to grab things for the kids because we we’re staying two days, (microwaveable foods, drinks etc) when arriving back I parked in front of the side door to gain good access of getting in cause we had so much to carry. The door access did not work!! The employee never informed me. After making it to the elevator the cleaning smell left and the elevator had a horrible smell, almost as if it never gets clean.
