Budget hotel which needs updating WiFi did not work. Proximity to the airport

Bad The beds, tv, wifi, pool and hot tub. The breakfast.
Fair Please be aware parking IS NOT FREE. I booked this hotel because of the free parking and when we got there we were told that it’s $10 a night. I booked 3 rooms and one of the rooms, the bed was full of dog hair. Second room the sheets were dirty.
Disappointing
Fair No shampoo, only one small soap. Room next to gym and was quite noisy till late. I traveled from Florida. Was a long flight, was exhausted when I arrived. I have never stayed at a property that asked for $30 early check in fee. If my room was ready it was nice to check in early…..as a courtesy. At 3pm exactly there was a line for check in…. Some people leave at 4am, some people arrive at 7pm or later….it all works out for you in the end. To mandate your fee was unusual and not hospitable. Nice bed and clean room.
Waited at the airport for 2 hours for a shuttle. After three phone calls, and an assurance that the shuttle driver was “ Waited at the airport for 2 hours for a shuttle. We get to the room at 2:45 am and there are no towels or washcloths in the room, and the shower had obviously not been cleaned from a previous guest. It was not a pleasant experience all the way around Staff was friendly
Bad
Not worth the savings! Ac is loud (shuts off and on). They charge 10.99 for parking (could have been easier if they add that on the bill but it’s a 3rd party pay by phone) . It has a funny smell too. Price is right!!
