Bad value for money, less than motel 6 experience not luxury as advertised. Dirty furniture, ,slow hot water, no sheets blanket for pull out bed, one remotefor 2 tvs, no heat or air that worked, no information for services when checked in, had to pay for parking, customer service rep Dria was not friendly or helpful,

Good luck. Check in staff was rude. Room door had been kicked in so safety latches did not work properly. Deadbolt on door would not work. Dog skat in the hallway and main evevator not working. Airport shuttle
Fair hallway stunk of smoke beds very small
Riesen-Ärger! unnötig und unprofessionell Wir konnten nicht einchecken, weil alle unsere 3 Kreditkarten vom Zahlungssystem nicht akzeptiert wurden. Das Hotel haben wir schon vor 3 Monaten reserviert und bisher hatten wir nie Probleme. Wir kontaktierten unsere Bank in der Schweiz, wo uns bestätigt wurde, dass der Betrag abgebucht und ans Hotel bestätigt wurde. Da uns von der Reception nicht geglaubt wurde, gaben wir nochmals die Kreditkarte mit dem Resultat, dass die Übernachtung jetzt zwei Mal belastet wurde. Trotzdem konnnt... read more
ok no free parking - strange outside operator for parking court yard - pool
It was OK. The pool was out of order which was the whole reason we chose that particular hotel, and the was a loud man who kept yelling on the phone with his door open and in the hallway all night. The breakfast was good and the location was nice.
Bad elevator not working/ had to have room key remade about 20 times/TV not working correctly location/price
