Hotel needs a refresh and better cleaning in public spaces. Rude staff at evening was not helpful in telling me where the delayed shuttle was. The public spaces were dirty. There was a rowdy group of younger men in dining area. The elevator was covered with graffiti. The facilities were worn. The room although well cleaned had rust in shower and visible worn areas. As. Poor The ride from the airport was horrible, we waited for 40 min and we were not able to get on the bus, so many people needed a ride!!!! I asked for a ride in advance, they should've known how many people needed the ride and accommodated their needs!!!! We had to take Uber, it was almost midnight. If you want to get out and in quickly, do not count on them! Morning Staff was not very polite The breakfast was standard and very basic , not good . Bed was comfortable, that's about it

La qualité du personnel d’accueil a fortement pénalisé notre satisfaction du séjour. Accueil et la préparation de la chambre. Le 2 nd pas fait et on a du attendre plus de 30 minutes avant d’avoir de quoi le faire «nous même» Emplacement et taille des chambres
Oasis grounds , bad breakfast. Eggs were bland and crumbly. Sausage was greasy and bland.Bread products were displayed in full plastic wrapped loaves. Beautiful courtyards and landscaping. Breakfast was adequate. Fruit individually wrapped, which was a great sanitary gesture.
tolerable once we were checked in & given keys, we were advised to process key quickly to open door. we left for dinner and when we returned, keys did not work, i waited in hot 5th floor hallway waiting for my husband to return. he returned with keys that again did not work. the room across the hallway also had two groups come up that could not access their room. manager came and reset the lock to our room. all good after that. transportation to and from airport was well done. coffee in room was good along with the room
Close to airport is the main reason for staying here. Fairly noisy with car alarms and people in the hallways. Smelled like sewage. Very close to the airport
I liked the location and bed the best The hot water was hot or miss, the doors were hit or miss, the TV didnt work, breakfast food went too fast and no refills on food, we never got our room cleaned and we stayed 5 days and 4 nights I liked the purple room, the location, how it looked on the outside, the air conditioner, the bed and coffee
