Horrible. Do NOT recommend. The staff is extremely rude. All we wanted to do was switch to a room from 1 bed to 2, and the staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. You would have thought we killed their first born child. Jace, specifically, was an absolute nightmare. He literally turned his back, rolled his eyes, and walked away. Placed in room with connecting door to next room It’s as if the people next door and their dog are in our room. Why would a hotel build rooms like this?
Disappointing The cooling system. In roo. Was not working in room 203 and 333. The thermostat on Wall read 65 and thermostat on ac read 60, our families both rooms was very uncomfortable and was unable to rest comfortably The facility was clean staff was nice

Do not stay here. I was having an issue with my door/keycard. With the front best being extremely unhelpful, some strange man asked me what room I was in without announcing who he was. He followed me to the elevator without saying much but grunting so I went over and sat down on a couch, where he proceeded to just stand by me. Fair The main light switch controlled the TV so it had to stay on to watch TV. There was an awful trash smell on my floor and very noisy. The room was nice and spacious.
Disappointing All Around We chose it because of its “pet friendly” policy - no charge for up to two pets in the room. The policy was advertised on the hotel website and on Bookings. When we arrived we were told that the policy is now $20 per per per night. I argued but didn’t want the change hotels at that point. The larger problem was the noise in the hotel. Overall not a good value. Cleanliness and the breakfast was a complete bust. They nearly had no food. People were waiting for coffee and food. The main gal working the breakfast bar did tried to please the crowd. However she just had no options there was no food for her to give out to the people. I overheard management staff or her supervisor telling her that it was okay We would survive. If that was my motel I be making a trip to the grocery store. Staff at front desk in the evening was very helpful.
Fair they have charged my card for one of the rooms for my family, hopefully that will taken care of. The fridge in the room was not plugged in, when we did plug it in, it blew the circuit. The hot tub was not working properly, it would not bubble. Some staff had no ideas how to complete their job duties, hopefully they are still learning. Really need to figure out the bill. The facilities and rooms were great, comfy and clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was great as well.
