Terrible There was NO hot water in shower, the beds were too soft, the heater was as noisy as a reefer truck at the window and when heat was on it rattled enough I couldn't sleep There was nothing to eat at the 2:30am we left for airport

Disappointing Stay here if you want a cold shower!! Brrr, it was a wake up call. Also the check-in attendant signed me up for their rewards program which I did not ask for!! Very shady and annoying. The walls are thin especially the door and you can hear TVs, people talking and being obnoxious and slamming doors. It did get quiet once people fell asleep. The room was clean.
Would not stay here again. We had a neighbor room keep us and our 4 month old up all night. The front desk staff did nothing. We talked to the general manager in the morning who assured us the next issue with them and they would be removed from the hotel. The manager then proceeded to tell the tenants that we complained about them being loud. The neighbors then came pounding on our door saying they were back. Won’t be back. Rude staff, overbooked shuttle, plenty of nearby motels. Rude desk staff. Shuttle was full despite booking request, so we had to leave at 4AM instead of 5:30. Front desk woman said we could leave if we didn’t like it. When I checked booking request later and called desk she hung up. Did not receive requested first floor room for elderly family member. Noisy, exposed pipes. First and last stay with La Quinta. Location.
I won’t be staying here again Too many people hanging around outside entering property at will. No security at all. Fitness room not in working condition
Rooms were nice and staff was nice. Broken Doors, Elevators, paid parking and theft in parking lot. Broken Elevator, Key cards did not work very well. Exterior doors were Broken. Have to pay for parking and still cars were broken into.
