Very Poor
A disappointment from a chain we have used for years. Breakfast stops too early. Grab bar in shower was loose and unreliable. Facililty needs more upkeep. Hope it never deteriorates as did the one near Coors field which is now a slum. Very competent and professional staff
My stay was ok the price was good The bathroom had double doors that never seemed to close. The bathtub and surrounding tile needs to be replaced. The rest of the bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable.
Great staff but pool, gym or elevator or washer dryers were all down at different times Being placed by elevator in a king suite that is the only working elevator in the whole hotel Location
Very Poor My swipe card had to be replaced 3 times because it wouldn’t open the room door. My niece experienced the same thing.
Tired facility needing maintenance Shower handle didn't work. Lamp in room didn't work. Pool was closed for maintenance. Key worked sporadically, had to be reset but still barely worked. check in
There is no way this hotel could share more than $100. per night Toilet seat was falling off the toilet, toiletries were sad. Coffee set up was lacking. Pass-able is the best and most accurate discription.
Overall we did not have the experience expected for the price. The pool and hot tub were closed. They did not have blankets for the pull out couch and said they wouldn't be able to get any. Also did not have extra wash clothes for our family of four. It was clean
Unhappy They wanted us to pay for parking. Holes in sheets. Broken tiles. No hot water on 2nd day. Breakfast not available when they said it would be. Easy to find.
