I was disturbed all night long because the front desk kept calling and actually gave the same room key to someone else. They were attempting to come in while I was sleeping. This is unacceptable.
Indoor pool shuttle and breakfast was a plus. Staff was absolutely terrible.
the area around the property was questionable. the property is old, renovations are in progress, but are cheap and shoddy. the pool and hot tub was filthy
No room cleaning, ran out of toilet paper, when I wanted to check in room wasn’t ready so I went to grab something to eat came back there was no one in the front desk it took 30min from someone to check me in seems like front desk is M I A constantly
Sheets had blood and remodeling.
If you want a ride from the airport - don’t book this hotel. Joke.
Yehhh… I booked king bed with airport view(at least that’s what it says) but got first floor by the elevator handicapped accessible room. Went to front desk to change room, waited 20 minutes no one came so I went back to room thinking it’s just for a night.
El baño no lo lavaron antes de entrgarlo . Las camas tenian pelos rentamos dos cuartos . El primero al estar sucio el baño me cambiaron de cuarto y la cama tenia pelos . Pedi sabanas limpias e igualmente venian llenas de cabellos . Entendi por que los dos cuartos tenian las cuatro camas con pelos . Es q al labarse se quedan los cabellos pegados en las sabanas lo cual hace parecer que no cambian las sabanas . Fuera de eso todo bien.
The property is close to the DFW airport. What I dislike is the fact that the bathroom had the tule broken and dust, which lead us to have dust in our clothes and feet, plus the cracks were big that feel I could fall
