Terrible customer service, tosses around your bags like they’re garbage, and then not even provide a refund for 3-4 nights you didn’t use.

The elevator button on the 4th floor did not work had to take the stairs down 1 floor. The breakfast just sucked.

Neighborhood Safety Concerns After watching people for thirty minutes walking around this property, I sat and observed for thirty minutes in my car. There was no way I was checking into this hotel by myself.

We stay four nights only cleaned our room one time had to run down and get clean towels everyday didn’t empty the garbage even when I put it outside the door grounds we’re dirty and front desk was not very helpful when asked about places to eat photos of hotel very deceiving.

My room wasn’t clean thoroughly, there was hair in my bed as I took the blankets off to do my check through, and their was water leaking out of the fridge

I booked a room for 6 people. A JR suite, it only sleep 4. 2 our kids has to sleep on floor. Phone didnt work and no cribs. Its close to airport but do not recommend staying here.

There were several strands of hair on bath towels & on the mattress when I pulled the covers to go to sleep that night. Staff was wonderful though, but the experience tainted the whole experience.
