This property was dirty, smelt awful, was in a rough neighborhood, and we didn’t even get the room we were supposed to have. They gave us two double beds for six adults and refused to refund our money or let us talk to a manager.

I've called the property before taking my flight to DFW, they advised to call them once picked up the luggages and a free shuttle will be sent. Called 5x within a 15 min time span, they never answered the phone. I ended up stuck with a $47 uber (cheapest!) to get to the hotel that night with my family, 2 kids and 1 infant. Next morning when checking out the 10am shuttle was already gone by 9:55am...i had to pay again for an uber to take me to the airport, this time it was cheaper, just $35...so i paid $120 for the hotel and ... read more

We stayed for two nights and the parking lot was full. There was no where to park. The staff member told me to jump the curb and park in the grass. Yeah sure ok let me take my Nissan Maxima and get right on that. My car is too low to jump a curb. He found us one parking spot way down at an entrance that has two abandoned buildings with no lighting which was so easy to break in my car. His suggestion was not helpful and he honestly could have cared less on how to help me.

Air conditioner was on the lowest setting and the temperature never got to 60. However the unit would shut on and off. The breakfast was bland, and the main light to the room was a motion sensor and would turn on for no reason. We were told by the front desk to try and put something over it and see if that would help. Never offered to come and try to fix it nor did they tell us about it when we checked in. property and rooms very clean. staff friendly. as for breakfast-not good at all juice machine out of service all week , coffee started out hot on first day ,after that cold from pots. juice in individual bottles one day , after that a gallon jug of hawaiian punch. We did like the eggs and sausage very hot and held warm. bread and bagels seemed stale but manageable. we were there a week.

I was horrible. Very dirty. There was old food in the drawers. The sheets on the bed were soiled and had hair all over them. We went to the lobby to get fresh sheets and blankets….we were told that they were out of sheets. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Worst hotel experience ever.
