Run away Front desk was horribly unhelpful charged my credit card multiple times. Out dated equipment for payment and horrible disposition.

The lobby, hallways, and restrooms were very clean and updated. The staff was very nice. In my room- the bathroom was very clean and updated and the king size bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV did not work even though the remote was working. The pool and pool deck were in very poor repair! The pool furniture was very old. We didn’t get proper cleaning service for two days! I had to throw out garbage which you can clearly see was garbage. Housekeeping did not restock towels on the first time we had an inconvenience. They barely made the bed, left a soda bottle on the floor, didn’t do the sofa, didn’t throw out a bottle left in the bathroom, left the pizza box on top of the desk.
