O quarto está a sujo, com cheiro de cachorro , fui pedir para trocar de quarto e me deram novas roupas de cama para eu mesmo trocar !! A piscina na estava limpa , cheia de folhas, não voltaria com a minha família para esse hotel

Awoken around midnight fire alarm going off had to evacuate hotel. No one seemed to know what was going on eventually we were let back in with the smell of smoke all night long. Supposedly someone left clothes in the dryer in the middle of the night! 😡
My experience was horrible. They have a mold in the property. AC is so noisy that you can not sleep. When we arrived on the second day, the door was open. We asked to change our bed on the third day after our check-in. They refused to change the bad, saying they do it only once every 3 days.

Carla the Manager was very rude. Last day found out the AC unit had mold inside. All staff had attitude
Buenas , estoy molesta , m bloqueado. $75 de depósito , m dijeron q m lo liberaban al check out y más bien me aparece cobrado en mi tarjeta , ocupo q me los devuelvan xfavor
