Over the years, I have stayed at this property because of its convenience. They are undergoing renovations, which was not disclosed during my booking. Work was going on on the third floor which I occupied for 4 days and was messy. I should have been given this information, to have the option, but at best, I should have been extended a lower rate. The elevator broke down and I had to walk from the fourth floor with all my boxes and luggage using the stairs. There was no sign on the elevator that it was out of order. The continental breakfast doesn’t change the coffee taste like water no kind of coffee taste.

I’m very upset with the front desk person working on 9/2/2023 @11pm He let us wait for no reason He is very slow he doesn’t know what he’s doing in the computer & he told us that we have to pay more bcz we booked hotel through Expedia He made us call Expedia which made us wait for one hour Expedia told me it’s wrong I don’t have to pay more I went back to front desk this black young man help us & fixed everything in a flash but been tried from the flight & it took more than 1 hour to get to our room was very frustrating just... read more

Old building, elevator has expired inspection and bit scary

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.We are currently under the permitting process with Broward County to replace both elevators. Unfortunately, there is a wait time for both permitting and for the vendor to receive all required material before starting the project.
The room was dirty and not cleanly. There was even cookies and wrappers in the AC units.
