I wasn't happy when I checked in at 1:00 and had to pay a $30.00 extra charge because check-in was at 3:00 and the room was available . Its an old facility that has been somewhat refurbished . Still had a tub and shiny tile floor in the bathroom , very slippery ! Our bed had been moved from its original position so the TV wasn't in the front , but on the side . Would I stay there again , No !

Thank you for your review. We do not guarantee early check in, since the check in time that you paid for is 3pm. Earlier there is a fee yes, even if the room is available. That is the practice and policy. Many hotels have early check in fees and it for a reason. We apologize for any inconvenience
It was a good property. Cleanliness issues had to do with the bath tub not being cleaned properly. At breakfast the server used the same handle garbage that was used to put out the food.

We drove six hours to stay at this hotel after a long day. We get there looking forward to sitting in the hot tub just to be told that it's only open from dawn to dusk that was the first thing, second they don't take cash even for small purchases, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and AC unit didn't get cold unless you had it at 50 degrees. The whole experience sucked from start to finish. Will never stay there again and definitely don't recommend it.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not have a license to keep the pool at night opened so the city requires us to close it. We have not been taking cash for a while now, next time please contact the property to ask if they do take cash to avoid that inconvenience.
Room was dirty, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Minimal amenities. Front desk check in staff was rude and abrupt. Pool looked unmaintained. Will not book with La Quinta again.

The property itself was in a nice area but the hotel itself is nothing special. The beds are very hard, the pillows are the worst I have ever slept on. The free breakfast cannot accommodate any allergies or food sensitivities. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, there was no bottled water in the rooms.
