Elevator is the worst
Hotel was clearly undergoing some refurbishment which it definitely needs. Deposit was charged to my card and has not been refunded, even though they said it was just on hold! Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone to get the deposit refunded.
Pet friendly hotel has dogs sleeping in the beds. The mattress reeks of dog as well as the pillows.

The worst hotel I ever stay. A lot of noise from unruly guests and impossible to sleep in these conditions. I had to change room and floor at 2:00 am. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. There are no restaurants at walking distance. No easy transportation

Liked close location to family Dislikes multiple problems with elevator only one working part time !!! Overall building and disrepair will not return to this location

I am so sorry there were elevator issues during your stay with us. We are currently in the process of replacing both elevators at this location. The one located in the back of the building should be released back to us any day, then the front one will go under construction. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
This hotel is in a great area, however, the hotel is old, dated, and in need of an urgent face lift. the elevator stopped working during our stay, however the staff were quick to call the service company and fixed it. It is just too old and too slow. The breakfast is good, is what you would expect in a hotel chain like this one.
Elevator in real bad condition! Don’t use
