Hotel is outdated, funky smell in the room, there is a fan in the hallway that blows on you when you pass by, carpet is dirty. It seems like a rehab facility because I see a lot of resident patients. Overall is dirty, and I don't feel safe because the back entrance door is left open all the time where the only elevator is working. People just go in and out and you don't know if they are guests or not trying to get in and get breakfast.
We stayed here a couple of years ago before COVID and it was a nice hotel, albeit a little dated. It was much different this time. The hallway smelled like weed every day we were there and there were some pretty sketchy people staying there. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the room was missing some basic things like the sheets for the pullout couch and the do not disturb tag. The fire alarms also went off twice while we were there. The staff was fine, but we won't be staying here again.

No cleaning staff. Had to go to desk for towels. Worst breakfast bar ever.
The water flow from the bathroom faucet was pretty much non existent and the sink was clogged when we arrived in the room. The bed felt more like a trampoline than a mattress.
The room appeared to be clean, but it had roaches running all over the walls inside the drawers, and on the floor. I had my elderly mother with me and I felt uncomfortable being there with her.
I realize hotels in this area are pricey, but when I pay $250/night for a room, I expect it to be clean. We were only there for one night so it served its purpose, but I was disappointed. Initially coming into the hotel, staff was very nice and the hotel seemed more than adequate. But it was clearly older and very dated. We arrived very late, so we went straight to bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. The next morning, I found a dirty tub, hair all over the bathroom, food under the desk and in the desk chair. Just not clean.... read more
