The worst place I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. The room was dirty, the door had a gap where you could see out of the door and hear everything! the elevator was not working and the stairwell smelled like pee. The food for breakfast was discgusting! The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable with the biggest lump (still don't know what it was). Fair Elevator was out, room is not sound proof as advertised either and I didn't get the room that was advertised on booking.com House keepers very noisy and disrespectful towards other people that may try and sleep past 730 Pool was decent except people don't know how to keep an area clean.

I'd never stay or even put my in-laws there Alot and then some the lady who blew my phone up was rude as hell and should realize just what she needs to get fixed to have an elevator to take her guests up and down simple Phone doesn't work and I'm on the top floor with no elevator Lady who owns the place call a million times the next day not to apologize but to call me a lier I found the person to whom the pills belong to and he verified his pills were left and yeah lady I had just had surgery a week prior to staying at that ... read more

This is absolutely false. Guest made different complaint to booking site stating he was handicap and room was dirty, and that he found pill bottles in his room. Guest was not handicap, room was not dirty, and there were no bottles in his room. Guest checked in along with 2 other guests. Those guests stayed 24 hours, going up and down stairs leaving and coming to property as security camera footage shows and room keys show with abosoutely no problems. tiring elevator I am a 75 year old man. They placed me on a third floor walk up with no elevator

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your issues with the elevator. We are updating our elevator. We unfortunately had to wait 2 months for parts from Germany and now waiting on a chip to make everything functional. Due to the chip shortage the world is experiencing it is taking a long time. We wish we could control this but it is out of our hands. We did offer to move you. We hope to have the elevator up and running by end of August. We are always ready and willing to help with any luggage or belongings.
Fair The drain in the shower dripped all night. The sun shining bright in my eyes at 7am. The elevators were not working, we weren't informed until we checked in, at that point they had no other rooms available. Location was great. Staff was great as well.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed our great location and staff. All rooms have blackout curtains that can be closed and opened. We are updating the elevator and waited 2 months on parts from Germany and are now waiting on last part a chip to make everything functional. Due to the chip shortage in the world it is taking quite some time. We do wish we could control that but it is out of our hands. We take great pride in our small family owned hotel and hope to serve you again in the future.
will not stay again the pool was dirty and there was roaches in our room and when we switched rooms it was dusty as if no one had gone to clean that room in weeks. elevator was broken the whole time we were there which was 4 nights. ridiculous nothing
