Disappointing Had to move room twice. First room had a overwhelming smell of urine, second rooms A/C leaked water, flooding the carpet. Elevator did not work. Good location. Spacious room.

Disappointing and frustrating! The elevator was broken and we had to walk the stairs. The toilet ran all night, the tv did not connect using the remote, and we had to wait for a staff member to come to the room to connect it. When we tried to turn the tv on in the morning, the same thing happened, we were told someone would come up, but they never made it. The air conditioner did not work. It barely cooled the room. Thank you for your feedback. The elevator is being upgraded and as you may have heard there is a chip shortage in the world which is only thing we are waiting on. We wish we could fix that but it is out of our control. Our housekeepers have been with us over 10 years and are treated as family. Poor bugs on the floor and dresser near the bed. we asked to change the room and the receptionist that there was in the night was so rude. the receptionist in the afternoon was really nice with us and helped us with check in and other request

Fair the pool water was very hot and the jets did not work.

Thank you for your feedback. Temperatures here in south Texas are close to if not over 100 degrees every day. The pool water will get warm due to those temperatures but never hot. Our pool jets do work or the pool would be shut down and not functioning. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to serve you again in the future.

Never again. Breakfast was pitiful; nothing but carbohydrates. The property is extremely tired, desperately in need of upgrades. The elevator was broken for my 4 days there. The only redeeming aspect of this place is that it is across the street from Viola and Agnes. The desk clerks were incredibly courteous and friendly.

IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING I had made the reservations a month in advance When we arrived at the property and went to check in I had reserved 2 rooms and we were actually split up One room was on th 2nd floor and 2 room was on the 3rd floor Then the girl proceeds to tell us the Elevator did not work, and we had to use the Stairs When we went to get our luggage from the cars the key pad on the side door did not work either so we had to walk everything back around through front lobby just to wag a 50lb suitcase up the stairs. Thank you for your feedback. We are in a high tourist area with all weekends pretty much sold out. When you book multiple rooms we never guarantee you will be by each other. We do our best but it is not guaranteed. Our elevator is being updated and we waited 2 months for parts from Germany and last piece we are waiting on is a chip to make the new parts functional. Bad Black Mold in bathroom ceiling. Cobwebs on lamp next to bed. Dirt everywhere. Filthy windows and mirrors. Dead bug carcasses everywhere. Stains. Strong unbearable Foul smell.

Thank you for your feedback. This guest checked in and husband was very rude to front staff appeared to be intoxicated. There is no black mold in the bathroom, no dirt everywhere, and no dead bug carcasses everywhere. Unfortunately people try to make false complaints to get free stays as many hotels are experiencing around us also. If any of these were true the guest would have left property and not stayed and slept in a room in this condition.
