IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING I had made the reservations a month in advance When we arrived at the property and went to check in I had reserved 2 rooms and we were actually split up One room was on th 2nd floor and 2 room was on the 3rd floor Then the girl proceeds to tell us the Elevator did not work, and we had to use the Stairs When we went to get our luggage from the cars the key pad on the side door did not work either so we had to walk everything back around through front lobby just to wag a 50lb suitcase up the stairs. Thank you for your feedback. We are in a high tourist area with all weekends pretty much sold out. When you book multiple rooms we never guarantee you will be by each other. We do our best but it is not guaranteed. Our elevator is being updated and we waited 2 months for parts from Germany and last piece we are waiting on is a chip to make the new parts functional. Bad Black Mold in bathroom ceiling. Cobwebs on lamp next to bed. Dirt everywhere. Filthy windows and mirrors. Dead bug carcasses everywhere. Stains. Strong unbearable Foul smell.

Thank you for your feedback. This guest checked in and husband was very rude to front staff appeared to be intoxicated. There is no black mold in the bathroom, no dirt everywhere, and no dead bug carcasses everywhere. Unfortunately people try to make false complaints to get free stays as many hotels are experiencing around us also. If any of these were true the guest would have left property and not stayed and slept in a room in this condition.

won’t be back. broken elevator horrible breakfast mattress worn out bathroom door would not shut AC vents filthy local

Our breakfast is a Complimentary Continental Breakfast that includes variety of cereals, croissants, bagels, cream cheese, jellies, oatmeal, grits, breakfast bars, fruit, coffee, hot tea, milk, OJ. We do not charge anymore per person for rooms so whether you have 1 person or 5 people in a room you pay the same and breakfast is something we carry cost for again just to allow guest to have a quick bite. it was not what i expected the location could have been cleaner, the breakfast was not really breakfast it was just drinks, bagels and cereal. the elevator was not working so going up 3 floors with luggage was a hassle. the rooms are a little out dated but they worked ok the location was great with the personnel service all were very attentive

Not at all what I expected, not looking fwd to booking there again. Elevator has been closed last two times i stayed, i will gladly book a place that has an elevator running . Elder parents walking up to third floor via stairs and with luggage was a concern. My prior stays I've had a control remote to the TV, not this time. The telephone cord was missing from my brothers room. You could hear the light traffic rush from my window... not a good seal. We got overbooked and upgraded you from the single king room you booked to a 2 a queen suite which was a larger more expensive room at the lower booked rate for your original room. Fair The elevator was broke. It was a huge inconvenience with a toddler and baby. Location to what we were doing

Some parts are in and we have been told work should hopefully start this coming wknd and should be completed by mid to end July. We do wish we had control to make it go faster. Bad Phone doesn't work and I'm on the top floor with no elevator

This is absolutely false. Guest made different complaint to booking site stating he was handicap and room was dirty, and that he found pill bottles in his room. Guest was not handicap, room was not dirty, and there were no bottles in his room. Guest checked in along with 2 other guests. Those guests stayed 24 hours, going up and down stairs leaving and coming to property as security camera footage shows and room keys show with abosoutely no problems. Bad Nous avons été agressés en entrant dans la chambre par une affreuse odeur d humidité et de moisi:les climatiseurs étaient couverts de moisissures et de crasse!!nous avons dû les nettoyer en urgence après avoir du acheter des produits désinfectants..au tarif payé c'est scandaleux et dangereux de surcroît risque de LEGIONELLOSE!!PHOTOS ET FILM A L APPUI! Rien!

we spent more time away from the room because it was the hotel was dingey dirty inside, shower just rinsed out not actually cleaned. no ice or vending machines, bed was broken, carpets had nasty blood looking stains looks nice on the outside
