If you need a place to sleep this would be it but there’s no cell or working wifi connection. Cellular connection was mostly impossible to get in the hotel- it was so bad that we couldn’t use our phones even to make calls, the TV channel was glitching and when we tried calling the front desk from the room phone it kept cutting in and out causing the receptionist to instruct us to come to the front desk for assistance. Disappointing Hotel and room smelled musty air conditioning did not work well Location was great for several sights and activities

I will say Matilda at the front desk was awesome and was very apologetic as was a gentleman that came up to fix the smok The elevator was not working and apparently it’s been broken down for several months. I’ve had knee replacement surgery so it was a problem going up and down. I feel they should have given us the option for a down stairs room or full refund. The sheets had hairs in them and I requested new sheets that I put on. location

Don’t stay here. It is filthy, loud, no breakfast. The staff is friendly but you will regret your stay. The riff raff rolled in on Saturday night. Banging on doors, drunk. Yelling. I couldn’t get out of that hotel fast enough. The staff was extremely friendly but the rest of the place is a dump. Hair in the bed on the sheets did me in. Bedrooms and shower were dirty. I found a sock under my bed and hair in the sheets. there was stuff on the shower walls.
Meh.. it’s a decent room we asked to be put on a first floor due to elderly mobility and diabetic mobility issues when we booked the room, due to their elevator not working. They called us the day of and said they were booked solid on the first floor (people had checked in and hadn’t left yet), they would give us free cancellation. i told them it was too inconvenient to cancel we would be ok. The worst place I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. The room was dirty, the door had a gap where you could see out of the door and hear everything! the elevator was not working and the stairwell smelled like pee. The food for breakfast was discgusting! The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable with the biggest lump (still don't know what it was). Fair Elevator was out, room is not sound proof as advertised either and I didn't get the room that was advertised on booking.com House keepers very noisy and disrespectful towards other people that may try and sleep past 730 Pool was decent except people don't know how to keep an area clean.
