So this is Compton The room appeared nice . then behind the dresser found a syringe cap . Went to open the window to the outside amd there's two guests with their pit bulls smoking weed. Wirh the third one crawling through the window two rooms over . Then in the parking lot two cars are parked outside with occupants in it all night doing drugs and were sleeping im the car that morning. This review is false and pure retaliation for being charged a damage fee for holes that were put into the wall above the headboard. Every comment about drug users and everything else stated is false. We have pictures of the holes and will send to your credit card when you refute damages. If you were in law enforcement and saw people doing drugs why would you stand by and allow it to happen. This review is from a guest that left the hotel without paying her bill in full. Day of check out her last night for 2 rooms was being declined on her credit card. There was almost $100 due on each room. I called the guest and explained the card was being declined and she stated she would call back first thing in the morning and pay the balances. Bad They are very dishonest people. The front desk man made a nasty rude comment on check in. He snarled and said he didn’t understand how I was paying this low price because the rooms were much more expensive. After departure I saw $100 removed from my credit card. I called and was told because I had not informed them of my dogs. I had my 2 dogs on leashes at check in. They are not dogs that would have been possible to over look. It’s listed as dog friendly. Gross Everything It stated it's a pet friendly, but charged me 40 dollars extra for each pet each night. The sheets had stains and the bathroom had mold and the carpets hadn't been vacuumed.. I won't be back..

Thank you for your feedback. We are Pet Friendly and do charge a $20 a day Pet fee which is listed on all sites and policies and also sent the Pet Policy to you prior to arrival. We received no complaints from you during your stay and believe the other comments are due to you having to pay a Pet Fee.
from now on I will never thrush booking reviews. 8.2 satisfaction for this hotel never smell really bad. I think it needs a deep carpet cleaning price

Yelping dogs, reaping smell of marijuana, a fire alarm at 4 in the morning, couldn't get any sleep.. Our room was up against the wall where the water pipes ran and we could hear the water sound like it was drowning us when someone was taking a shower. When we got off of the elevator from coming from the beach someone was smoking weed and the smell had filled up the whole floor.. and to top that off at 4 in the morning the fire alarm went off because they were smoking again, and we had to vacate the hotel and wait for someone... read more

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we did have a guest smoke in their room which set off the fire alarm. We take our non smoking policy seriously and it is very upsetting that as the hotel we are hurt by bad reviews for the actions of a guest that we have no control over. We are a small family owned business and barely survived the difficult COVID times.
