Good Smell in the room smells like urine around the beds pretty sure that was what it was.

Definitely will not return Breakfast is mediocre. Air conditioner is loud like a 747 taking off in the room. Beds too soft and sheets scratchy. Worst of all, roach in room. Location and friendly staff

n/a the food was nasty I did not enjoy the breakfast

I would like to come back and stay. But I hope the elevators are clean before I do. The elevators were dirty . Yuck! Also the corners of the carpeting in my room needed to be cleaned better . Very friendly front desk clerk.

Goed hotel Het zwembad water was heel warm en niet helder. Vermoed slecht onderhoud en daardoor onhygiënisch Ruime kamer en lekker kingsize bed.

Exceptional Rooms had a small stale air smell. Ice machine on our floor(3rd) was not working. Amount of space for what we were charged. Cleanliness, and politeness of Front Desk.

Poor breakfast

We would have had to ask a stayover guest to check out early in order to accommodate your request as we were sold out the night prior and that is something we obviously can not do. We do hope to serve you again in the future.

No thank you, we will not stay here again!! AC unit was broken and made a loud banging noise all night. Front desk did not answer between 12-6am so we had no choice but to leave the unit on and deal with the noise due to the high temperatures. We got very little sleep and management made no attempt to call us back to apologize or make things right. Hotel is very old and owner should consider major updates. Very disappointed and will not be booking with your site again.

We have this listed on all booking sites and do inform all guests at check in so they can ask for anything they need prior to the close of desk at night. Edge water hotel Checkout was at 11am... front desk told us noon when we arrived Room was great a minutes away from the boardwalk
