Disappointing People bringing pets that barked all night

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. We are a Pet Friendly hotel and have strict rules about barking. All pet owners sign a pet policy at check in stating if we receive barking complaints and owner doesn’t address it immediately they will be billed a barking complaint charge. We do wish you had notified front desk so we could have addressed it immediately. We apologize for that disruption and hope to serve you again.

Small Deluxe 2 Bedroom mis-information We reserved based on the details of the booking information, it showed pictures of a large ample 2 bedroom Deluxe room with a Queen bed and King bed and sofas in both rooms. We got a very small room (Room 300) nothing like the picture and an uncomfortable full bed in one room. The very small king bedroom did not have a sofa. Also the carpet smelled and was still wet and sticky when walking barefoot. The location

The room you booked was the 2 bedroom suite which rm 300 is a two room suite. We have new Serta pillow top mattresses in all rooms and we do understand some people prefer a firmer bed but we go by what majority of our guest ask for and the hotel standard is pillow top. Bad Customer service was horrible. Room had really bad smell Good area.

This guest did not stay at our hotel or arrive for her reservation. She did not cancel her reservation that evening and we were sold out and could have sold the room to so many guest that were calling and looking for a room. The guest was charged the No Show fee and has left this review in retaliation for being charged. Bad Non smoking room reeked of smoke, bad customer service, trash can by front door overflowing, not wearing face mask when requiring guests to wear them

We carefully watch cameras to ensure they are always wearing them. We take every precaution daily to ensure a clean comfortable stay. Unfortunately this is not correct information. Upon your check in we had problems communicating as you appeared very incoherent. You called the front desk a few times after check in and we could not understand what you were saying as your speech was very slurred.
