The hotel was old and needed a lot of up keep. Their were leaks in ceiling causing water damage in ceiling. The worst part is that is was very hot and my family wanted to come and enjoy the outdoor pool and the pool was not working. Dirty water and that was the reason i picked the hotel. Very upset.

Rooms dirty and they smelled really bad. We had to change room once and the second we got wasn't any better I have a very sensitive nose and had to sleep with my face covered very inconvenient.

The staff was nice but the rooms was terrible. Have Bed bugs. Don’t ever go there.

Elevator did not work, hallways and stairways were dirty and needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Had issues with keys that did not work and some other annoying issues. Seems like each day we were there, there was something that was wrong or did not work,.

The elevator was not working. I had with me an elderly person with a disability and a baby with a stroller. I had to carry everything up the stairs, because the room they gave me was on the third floor. When I got to the room it smelled very bad. The bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator didn't work and smelled very bad, the bed sheets were dirty and the window curtains were torn. I would like my money refunded.
