For the price point this hotel fell very very short of expectations. We're usually not inclined to write reviews but felt the need as this hotel had no working elevator and put us on the 3rd floor. We were not advised of this until after we had booked our room. The cleanliness of this hotel was not good. The room was dirty, the stairwells were filthy and of the 3 lamps in our room, only 1 had a lightbulb in the socket. So the room was not only dark but dingy. The worst experience in a hotel. We checked in elevator wasn't working, dead bolt wouldn't lock. Phone did not have power,refrigerator was not plugged in. People were knocking and running I complained to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it. Swimmingpool wasn't even open.

The elevators don’t work my room was on the 3rd floor and the key to the room Didn’t work the hallway Was super hot the room didn’t have a phone to call lobby, I rented for 6 people and their was only 2 towels and they didn’t want To give me more towels. Their was no remote control for tv their was no bed sheets for sofa bed. The sofa bed was disgusting dirty.
Elevator broken, room we were given no headboard , had a big piece of wood half screwed into wall with screws sticking out, bathroom light didn’t work, food on chair.
No mirror in bathroom elevator was broken our key had to be reset wouldn't let us in and water pressure was bad in the shower
elevator was out of order and i have trouble walking and climbing
