Loved the staff’s friendliness, breakfast, and the size of the room, but the facilities needs repair We were out of hot water 2 days so it was difficult to take showers comfortably in freezing water and the repair would not happen before we check out. The jacuzzi was listed as closed but it should be clean. It was disgusting and the railing to the pool was broken. The staff were friendly and kind. They couldn’t help with the things they had no control over, but they did the best

Worst hotel experience ever The staff was not knowledgeable, the staff was rude, the property was dark, breakfast was gone an hour before it was supposed to be every day, coffee was never fresh, we were never asked if we wanted our room cleaned, so that never happened we had to take out our garbage ourselves, we were charged $250 because they said someone was smoking in the room which he did not ever happen and we were supposed to be refunded that money and it still has not as of today been refunded, there were people smokin... read more
Disappointing
Not worth the price. No bottled water, clock was wrong, pool was kinda nasty, driveway was hard to find, only one entrance. No breakfast or breakfast was closed early, elevator was broken, for $190 I had much higher expectations than a run down understaffed and under serviced motel. Room was quiet, bed was good, room was clean.

Disappointing elevator did not work, the bathroom looked like they hadn’t finished painting it and there was a smell in the hallways. location.
I think it would be a nice place to stay but it definitely needs some cosmetic and practical touch ups. The elevator was broke on Saturday night/Sunday morning. The noise level outside my room was very loud, really early. The smell of my room when I walked in was a little off putting. The bed was VERY comfortable. The TV was awesome as well. Tracy at the front desk was wonderful!
0/10 will never recommend. Everything. There were cobwebs in the room and the stairs/hallways were covered in garbage. The elevator didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. The only redeeming factor was that it was cheap.
