Alright The ac wasn’t working properly, pool was closed and elevators were down Great staff
I would not recommend this hotel to others. The elevator was out of service the entire stay and we were on the second floor of the hotel. The stairwell was filthy and never cleaned our entire stay. The air conditioning was out or not on Friday or Saturday morning making the hallway very warm. We had to ask each evening for wash cloths as our room was not supplied with this item to use in the shower. The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff member were very kind. Breakfast options were good.
Bad Everything Horrible and was in a room with no phone holes in the wall stains on towels and short of them blow dryer was off wall hanging elevator doesn't work at all pool is destroyed and no hot tub and no ice machine and worst of all the computers were down in guest computer room in lobby roaches in breakfast area crawled on my face I am unhappy and disputing this is wrong ...

terrible we were booked on the second floor and then was told the elevator was not working so we had to walk up four flights of stairs also we went to the pool in the morning and the pool was green with slime and told that wasn't working either. Also some of the lighting in the room was not working the shower was not working correctly.
The worst possible stay at a hotel! A/c wouldn’t cool, NO POOL was available, and the elevator was not WORKING! Had to get all my stuff upstairs though the stairs! And not to mention I wear a prosthetic leg carrying everything up was a challenge! This place is a SHt hole where employees don’t care if you have a” do not disturb “ sign and still make so much NOISE horsing around with other employees! This is the worse place to get rest!
