Horrible but could have been worse! Bathroom tub was rusty. Rust in the tub. Elevator was out of order.

Big disappointment Elevator did not work. Room on the 3rd floor. Bathroom had no soap or shampoo. Only towels and toilet paper.

Staff was friendly (except male front desk clerk). Room had dust bunnies all over the walls. Small dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom floor. Live earwig in bathroom. Door lock did not work from inside, so only used the metal stop. Staff kept propping secure exterior doors open since the access lock would not allow reentry, leaving the property unsecured and since just off the freeway, left an unsafe environment. The hotel was old and needed a lot of up keep. Their were leaks in ceiling causing water damage in ceiling. The worst part is that is was very hot and my family wanted to come and enjoy the outdoor pool and the pool was not working. Dirty water and that was the reason i picked the hotel. Very upset.

Rooms dirty and they smelled really bad. We had to change room once and the second we got wasn't any better I have a very sensitive nose and had to sleep with my face covered very inconvenient.

The staff was nice but the rooms was terrible. Have Bed bugs. Don’t ever go there.
