So disappointed, I’am never staying at this hotel. Dirty hallways and the room smell bad. There was no water for couple of hours. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I would not stay here again room didn’t cool of until after mid night. they charged 20 dollars for each dog per night. looked under couch. I don’t think they have vacuumed under couch in quite awhile Dirty! location to circuits of America was good

Expected a value hotel at this price but didn't expect it to be rundown. Property needs a major refresh. Broken trim in the elevator, old stained carpet throughout, dirty floors, chipped paint in the room, fixtures missing pieces. Bed was a lumpy, time for replacement mattress. Breakfast was good. Location was ideal for our needs. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Unpleasant The mattress was very uncomfortable, it felt like sitting on jello and the bath/toilet was very dirty. Spots on the blankets/cover sheet/duvet. Not enough breakfast by 7:30am no more waffles and one of the machine was down. The toaster never toast my bread, just warmth. Asked for fresh coffe and brought up a cold old coffe in the thermo pot; - must be from yesterday.
adequate, good only because we had family together it was understaffed and noisy! pool area was a dump, the breakfast area was not well kept and the food items constantly ran out.
Dissatisfaction Room wasn’t clean, stained sheets l. Used towels in room upon arrival
