We’ve been staying here for years while our son is in college. This was the most broken and disarray I’ve ever seen the property. Sad
We we’re traveling in a group for my son’s graduation. The hot water was not working in my sisters room. When they tried to inform front desk, the phone was not working. My brother in Law went downstairs to inform staff, and the woman actually came to the room, ran her hand through the water and said “it’s not that cold”. They sent someone to fix it, but it never got hot, just warm. Also, breakfast was cold and not good.
Yard was dirty, not HOT water in room overall stay was bad experience
Bed and ac/heat were satisfactory, but there was no hot water and phones did not work. Things seemed worn in the room. Refrigerator wobbled from a hole in the cabinet.
