Bad I used your service to rent a deluxe suite 2 queen beds room at LaQuinta. I was given a standard room and told that the error was with booking.com. We were a party of five and did not fit. The desk clerk at check in stated that it was the last room. In my opinion, the room I selected through booking.com was given away earlier. Nothing, this change ruined my night. I am a family of 5 and I was counting on the sofa sleeper.
Bed had visible blood stains on the sheets and a burn hole in the sheets No breakfast selection. Tired of paying for a room with breakfast (full) and I get a continental because they say COVID. Where the sheets and comforter was pulled down I had 4-5 visible blood stains. Did not appeared to be washed and the stain maybe set in. I have no idea how the person cleaning room could not have seen it as well as the burn mark in a no smoking hotel. No mgr on duty to complain to. Fair Beds are horrible
Fair The bed was very uncomfortable and while it was clean the bedding had some holes and stains. The bed was just super hard and I woke with back pain. We also encountered a few roaches in the bathroom and that alone is enough to gross me out. Don’t get me wrong, everything was clean, but for me, the minute I encounter a roach I can’t shake the creepy crawlies. The property has a great location and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Bad the first room they gave us smelled so bad staying in an outhouse would been better second room a little better it was overpriced it looked like a rundown hotel. the only thing good about this motel was the location.
Not happy One bed had a slump in it, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, patch on ceiling that was not complete, the air conditioner ran non stop, the shower curtain was tie to the curtain hooks, the tv remote didn’t work, and the phone flashed with no message on it. We paid for the weekend and they checked us out after the first night. The staff was nice.
Nothing Works The room phones weren’t working neither was the remote to tv so if anything was needed or we needed a wake up call we couldn’t because the phones were not working at all.. Overall stay was nice
