Staff very friendly but this property needs some major TLC. Will be the last time we stay in a La Quinta due to the lack of cleanliness.

Could not connect the internet to my laptop. Staff could not resolve the problem. Was told the mgr would be in the next day and would compensate us, due to not having internet. The next day found the elevator broken, had to push button approx 20 times to get the door to open and once inside the elevator we also couldn't get the button for floor selection to work. The room didn’t look fresh and it had a smell, the sofa had like throw up, didn’t feel safe to lay down in it.

Room had not been vacuumed, bathroom sink and mirror were dirty, coffee service was not refilled from previous guest, fence around the property was falling down (unsafe feeling). Staff were kind and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and very professional. The room was not clean and it was evident that there had been a dog in there recently.

Room was not clean. Soap scum on shower chrome and soap dish. Dried grass on sofa. The room didn’t look like it was properly vacuumed. Eastern stairwell litter for the three days I was there, as well as the east vestibule. Cigarette butts everywhere in the smoking area because the butt receptacle was full. No daily cleaning or towel replacement. Bathroom floor looked rotted in one area. Someone repainted the back of the bathroom door, but left the masking tape. Overall, not a great place to stay. We arrived late at night and our room smelled of fresh paint, which made us think the whole hotel may have been newly renovated. But, there were broken pieces of trim in the elevator (which were glued back into place - with the breaks very obvious) and stains all over the carpets and in the hallway. We thought the hotel was fairly new because the outside appeared to be under construction, but that wasnt the case. And the pool had nails in it (it was too chilly to swim, but still!)
