I am disappointed in this particular facility. It a little too pricy for what it is. I stayed in the first floor in front of the elevator, which was very noisy at all times. Then the breakfast buffet was very limited. Items seemed to be scarce, there was not enough food (the bacon was stale, the fruit was not fresh) there was no Splenda, only off-brand sweetners. I asked for extra pillows and was ignored. I think I paid too much for one night. Next time, I am staying closer to downtown Austin or in Round Rock.

Needs more staff The good: comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly but overworked staff. The not-so-good: rooms are not serviced during your stay. We were there 4 nights! I’ve never stayed in any hotel where you had to ask the front desk for everything—towels, soap, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee. I understand the hotel industry is facing a labor shortage, but I have stayed in a number of hotels recently and others seem to be handling the situation better. The room was unkept. The lampshades were tattered My wife and I noticed the elevator wasaking noise. Sure enough, it was dhut down the next morning. Bad news for a handicaped senior who had to haul luggage down 2 floors of stairs. Found another place

The property condition was poor holes on the door, wall was busted, hair on the bathroom floor from the previous occupant, fridge was not cleaned out of items from the previous occupant. Despite the room conditions being poor my stay was pleasant the area surrounding the location was nice. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable and clean

There was trash around the property. Nice check-in staff. We were told breakfast ended at 10am, but the next morning come to find out it was 9am as they were cleaning up. The room tub faucet had a leak. This made the water pressure low and leaked on the floor every time we used it. There were large holes in the wall where pictures and mirrors used to be. The toilet was dirty and overall just not well kept. You could hear people talking through the bathroom vent and next door.
