In bad need of updates. Carpets stained/worn/tattered. Common area barely clean. Corners and small spaces unclean. Shower head sprayed on floor.
Staff was nice. The outside of hotel looked newer but inside was dated carpets were dirty around the hotel and in hotel room stained trash on floor. Elevator looked so dirty like it’s never cleaned Room was ehhh I will not be staying here again
There was mold along side the bed and wall. As well as mold on the chair near the Ac. The bathroom sink had a hole that thankfully didnt leak onto the floor. Besides that the staff was super friendly and polite.
Place is run down, we were there for 4 nights and every day we had to go to the front desk because the room key almost never worked. The curtains were ripped. We would go out and come back to no towels on our room but all the garbage would be there. Staff work hard but the place doesn’t help.
Arrived and given key to the large suite I reserved. Went to room noticed floor was not vacuumed and hair tie on the floor. Went to use the bathroom and noticed no toilet paper, floating feces in toilet, and dirty floor. Went to call front desk and phone did not work, so went downstairs to report issues. Given another room, but not similar to my reservations. They had nothing else so took it and for our trouble received a $30 credit towards the new room. No hot water, no iron, restroom was dirty, parking lot under construction, air conditioning was loud
The women at the front desk were fantastic. Outside other customers were complaining about the overflowing cigarette disposal that wasnt emptied. There was a cockroach in my bathroom I took pictures and I was not given any retribution for it. Very disappointed.
