This was the worst experience ever dealing with a hotel the staff is the absolute rudest if ever seen I will never stay here or at any affiliated hotel!!
Charges for non bookings Didn't know you would get charged for browsing. Come to look at my bank statement and I got charges. Never even got emails about a booking or any other information. So not sure how I booked anything with no receipts or other type of notifications.. Horrible. I'm not dumb. I know the rules of hotels reservations.

August 11,2016 TxSt visit. First of all we were given the wrong room. When I confronted the front desk she tried to make I it sound like she was right. Back downstairs we went and I had to pull up my reservations to prove I was right. Once given then correct room there were only 3 towels for 5 people. I called for more towels and was told it would be 40 minutes bc someone left the towels in the washer. Never been told that before! Shower handle was not working properly. Bed pillows were awful. Housekeeping, staff need refresher course Pros: The bed was good. Cons: Service. Breakfast was mostly heart-attack-on-a-plate fatty food, but I did find some yogurt and a sad little apple. Location: This part of Texas is beautiful but the sprawling malls along I-35 disguise it pretty effectively. Find a guest house or Air bnb for a nicer stay.
