Entrance, the lobby & the breakfast area was clean. As I opened the door to the room, the glare from the sun showed a thick layer of dust on the dresser. It made me think that the room was not cleaned. It would have taken a second to wipe it off, going out the door. The tub had a thick layer of dirt around it & the toilet was not wiped down.I asked the house keeper to give me the cleaner so I could clean it, she gave me a can of air freshener, I said no, I need something to clean the tub with, she handed me a stronger smelli... read more

Our room was disgusting. When we got to our room there was hair in the bathtub, looked like someone broke a tooth in the sink, the “hot tub” was broken I was told it was a spa so it was dirty and cold water. The floors were so dirty, it was a horrible place to stay.!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were friendly, but distracted. Although they offered a hot breakfast, the taste was pretty poor. The property was just dirty. Stains all over the hall carpet. Stains on the sheets in the room. The towel bin at the pool was used as a trash bin. Just a general run-down feeling. For the price, you would expect things in better condition.

Room was very dirty, I could write my name in the dust. There was a dirty rag left in the nightstand drawer. Mold growing around the bathtub caulking and on the ceiling above the shower. It looks like a nice clean hotel from the outside and appears somewhat new but I was not impressed with the rooms.

I can not begin to describe how FILTHY this property was. The entry was filled with overflowing trash, shipping boxes and cigarette butts. Inside the floors, rugs, carpet down the hallways and ALL cloth furniture were filthy with stains … even 2 spots of wet dog urine beside the only elevator and outside a room several doors down. The dining area and fitness room were both filled with old mattresses. They had chairs and a table pulled up in the grass beside the parking lot with a grill, lighter fluid and a pack of cigarettes... read more

Parking lot OK. Front desk staff does a great job. Elevator had an issue with the knob the 2 first days and out of order later. Dirty carpet in the hallway. Bad smell in the room. A/C working but noisy. Roach in the tub when I arrived. Paper towel broken. Paper toilet broken. Overall room dirty, no maintenance I usually book “La Quinta” having several good experience with this brand

Room key sensor doesn’t work, elevator is clanking and push button is messed up, A/C not that cold. Would not stay here again.
