Waited until after we had checked in and unloaded all luggage to let us know the elevator is out. The pet friendly hotel with carpet in the stairwell smelled of urine. One dog in particular barked all night and the laundry facility had one washer and dryer.

Dirty and stained Dogs everywhere Room was super dark

I didn't like the fact that the bathtub was dirty and we had to clean it prior to using. We had to call for a hairdryer! The hot tub was gross and when tried to use hot tub there were young adults drinking beer and making out. We left because i have 2 young girls!

Won’t be back Hotel is run by very young people......I had called ahead to make sure we could get in by 2 as we were going to a wedding....we arrived at 2... went to the room and our cards wouldn’t work....they couldn’t get them to work... so they sent us to room #2.... when we walked it reeked of dog odor....so we declined that room and went on to room #3 which wasn’t ready even though by then it was passed the 3 o’clock check in....in the second room the hair dryer had been ripped off the wall
Overpriced Dump Arrival to hotel, which is inconveniently located on the service road and has no access from any side street, to 3 guys smoking pot in the parking lot. Check-In was uneventful but clerk not overly helpful. I paid $180 for a room with a ripped chair, mildew smell in closet, uneven paint color in bathroom, toilet that doesn't flush, TV the size of a computer monitor - when I spoke to the clerk about the condition, he didn't seem overly concerned or offer to change room.

Air conditioner did not work and was so loud I could hardly sleep. It needed to be replaced not serviced. There were huge water spots on the ceiling, not repaired.

The bed had a crater in the center. Spoke to front desk. Said they would fix. The carpets in the hotel are extremely filthy.

We stayed 5 nights, we had to ask for the right amount of towels every night. Their excuse was people were stealing them. They did not change the sheets when the bed was made. I know this because my son’s ear bled. When I told the front desk they gave us sheets, but didn’t bother to change the bed. We told them on the first day that 2 lights were flickering and we had to unscrew them, they never fixed them. I will never stay here again!

All Star Staff, Sleepless Night We frequently use La Quinta because of the quality of our stay, and because our dog is welcomed. While the staff was friendly and helpful- 5 stars to them- our original room had an entire wall of outlets out, so no working tv, lamp, microwave or fridge. We were transferred to another room, but the bed was just as rock hard, the pillows just as stiff, and the walls just as paper thin. Wonderful staff, but not a comfortable night’s sleep.
