Do not book at this property ! Absolute filth! The hotel hallways, pool. hot tub, were absolutely filthy. The hot tub had been broken for months. Something booking.com and hotels own websight failed to mention They told us the pool was in working condition. The pool was filthy. Trash and something that looked like dirt pooled in many places on the bottom. No one would swim in it. The hallways were not vacuumed. Good We had to leave early because someone had left a dog in a room by himself and he was barking and crying very loud. On the same day our room had not been cleaned and we were gone the entire day. When I ask the desk clerk why our room had not been cleaned he said it should have been and he didn't know why. He rudely said do you want me to make your bed? I said no, and went back to my room. You get what you pay for- there are better options. Carpeting everywhere, especially in hallways and off elevator, was heavily stained/soiled. Room upholstery was very stained. Bare bones room amenities - one small soap and one small shampoo. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Woken up at 2:30am by partying guests in the hallway. Maybe this is the calibre room they give Booking.com customers. Definitely a budget hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Nastiest experience I've ever had. Absolutely didn't like all the pets. People had their pets in the dining area. They touched their pets then the food. Two of us have pet sllerhies. There's dog hair everywhere- just plan nasty. Would be best to not allow pets on every floor and definitely restrict them from the dining area. Horrible experience. Exit door at end of hallway slamming all night, dogs in room next to us barking all nite, people Above us doing exercises all night and the beds were very cheap and uncomfortable. Also noticed some kind of blood stains on comforter. Not worth what we paid to stay there. Will not stay again. Oh and the hot breakfast was awful too. Tasted like it was all microwaved from the freezer. Eggs and biscuits included.
Caution 1. inability to receive a final receipt on leaving, 2. TV rarely worked location
Disappointing The bed in our room, double bed, was extremely sunken in. Could not sleep!
