Disappointing Dirty room, hardly anything to eat at Breakfast

You have some basic maintenance work to do at this property. Poor maintenance - ice machine, drinking fountains , men's restaurant in lobby, orange juice machine, no sink stopper in our room, entry doors (no key needed they just opened for anyone), homeless guy came and got breakfast, outside maintenance - trash everywhere, dog poop, trash bins full. Fire alarm went off at 1:30a and we had to evacuate. No one came to check on the guests who evacuated. No one gave give us the all clear to return to our room. Breakfast. Room l... read more

I’d rather drive 20mins-1hr to the location I needed to drive to than stay here again. Glass in the floor, random people actively trying to open my the door to my room early in the morning when it was obviously not their room, barking pets room next door which caused allergies It was close to our sporting center

Staff friendly but rooms need improvement They need to do deep cleaning in the room. Room was advertised with a king bed with pull out couch, enough to sleep 4 adults but the pull out couch was a twin size so 3 people had to sleep on the king bed which was not comfortable. I was charged for 4 adults (even though we had 2 children staying with us). Nice location. Not too far from downtown. Reception staff were very friendly.

Very Poor I paid advance and when I arrived they charge my debit card twice and know I need to wait 7-10 business days for me to received my money back to my debit card. They only had one toaster for the entire hotel and juice machine was broken.

Bad Floors and the bathtub were filthy. Upon checking in, it took the whatever her job is at the front desk, it took over 30 minutes to find our pre-registration even with confirmation number. Ridiculous. Had me call booking. com which didn't help, after 8pm... Not much!!! Will never stay at this location again!!!!

Bad When we entered room there was still hair from previous guest on floor in bathroom. The hand towels in bathroom were also dirty and used from previous guest . The ice machine on our floor and another were out of service also the plus I tried to charge my phone on the plug reciprocal didn't work . For over 200 bucks a day this is ridiculous to have this many thing wrong. Plus the cleaning ladies ONLY come at 8 am THIS IS VEGAS so if you want your room cleaned each day you must get up and be out by 730 . We put up do not d... read more

Grosería y falta de respeto Realizamos el checkout a una señora que nos insultó a mi y a mi familia manifestando que Booking no había realizado el pago. Realmente fue un momento muy desagradable. La habitación no recibió aseo la máquina del jugo no funcionaba y la gente no fue cordial

We won’t ever stay there again! Where do I start? The room was not clean. The floor was sticky in spots. The sink drain in the bathroom stunk and there was something awful lodged in it. My guess is vomit or dog food. The bed was sagging and lumpy. Staff and Breakfast was great
