Terrible experience Alarm went on at 2am and they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off until 4am. The lady at the front said that we would get a refund for the night. Next day comes and they say that they can only take $50 off the bill.. instead of taking $50 off they charged me an extra $50!! And when I called to inquire about it they adjusted the bill incorrectly once again so I had to call again.. terrible experience. Poor The morning receptionist lied and told me my son was peeing in the front yard, when I questioned her about it, she said it was a guest not her. She also got upset that my son spilled plastic folks during breakfast and picked them up, but he didn't throw them in the trash. I stayed there for 4 weeks while my house was getting fixed and when we first came they told me the pool would be open in 1 week. The entire 4 weeks I was there the pool was never open. Needs some deep cleaning! Our room was filthy. Spills and splatters on the walls and furniture. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet after bathing and walking around the room after about a half an hour. We had no toiletries except a small bar of soap provided. The freeway was very loud. The bed was okay. Not worth the money. The staff was friendly.

Bad I stay at La Quinta everywhere i go, i never had an issue but the lady that checked me in was very rude. I will never stay at another one ever again!!

Bad I had a reservation for 2 beds when I arrived they said they overbooked and only had a king with a fold out bed which was awful , they never brought sheetsfor it. Had to purchase a air mattress for 2nd night. I won't book again through Booking.com or LA quenta. Disappointed in both p

Bad experience could have been solved by moving us to a different room. Too bad that I was told no vacancy when asked to Room had maintenance issues when I arrived. TV did not work and was promptly fixed; however the bathroom light did not work. I asked to be moved to another room so maintenance could switch out electrical box and was told no vacancy. Used light in entry to see way to bathroom. Unable to use shower or bathroom mirror the entire night. Found out the next day that we could have been moved to a room with two do... read more
