Unsatisfactory Me and my guest were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. Our bathroom was dirty - the bathtub had brown unidentifiable stains on the bottom of the tub that could not be washed away. The air conditioner was also extremely loud and had a loud rattling noise whenever it was on which was not pleasant to be around. However, we had to turn the AC on as the window could not be opened. Disappointing Que no tienen ni una silla en el lobby. Que no hay ni una silla en la habitación. Que esta cerrado el Fitness Center. Que las ventanas de la habitación no se pueden abrir para que entre un poco de aire puro. Las almohadas son pequeñas y malas. Las habitaciones y puertas son muy ruidosas. La ubicación
THE WORST HOTEL! Don’t even think about it! The coments saying that the location is perfect well let me tell you the truth: IT’S THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAY IN! The room was extremely small and not clean. Me and wife even decided to sleep with long sleeves shirts and pants because the room was not clean, we couldn’t even shower. customer service? the only customer service we received was when they charged us.
I will never stay there again! The elevator was not working. It felt dirty. The hotel looked and felt old. Just the location.

Elevators being down led to more hassle than relaxation One of the elevators was down which created a lot of traffic for staff and residents and they stuck us up on the 10th floor. Then on the second day of our stay the only other elevator got stuck on the 6th floor, which led to the elevators being turned off. When asked about accommodations we were informed that the manager was not trying to accommodate anyone for the troubles we asked for the managers information to contact him.
