Terrible!! Literally everything. The room was small, dirty, stuffy, with a tiny window that didn’t open and was facing a wall. It was not very clean and nobody came to clean it after the first night. And all of that for $160/night. The staff was not nice, also we were pretty frustrated that you can’t leave your luggage after check in. They didn’t explain why, didn’t suggest a place where we could leave it nearby… never coming back The location was nice!
Fair Room was not very clean upon arrival and we got our room cleaned the first day but the next two days the room wasn’t cleaned or picked up. Staff was friendly but lack of cleanliness would probably be the reason I wouldn’t stay here again. Close to everything we wanted to do and relatively nice hotel.
If the rest of the hotel were as nice as the lobby, this would be a much experience. WiFi did not work in the room, the elevator did not take me to my floor (I had to go one floor above or below and walk the stairs), and the room did not have sufficient lighting. Staff was friendly, lobby was well maintained and looked sleek / modern.
Fair Noise from the street Location
Fair Al llegar tuve q PAGAR USD 50 de un nuevo impuesto q nadie me aviso (yo ya había pagado el 100% de la estadía previamente). Se escucha todo lo q pasa en la calle, se escucha todo lo q pasa en otras habitaciones hasta cuando van al baño. La limpieza es cada 3 días que nunca nos avisaron (todo bien q sea cada 3 días pero q lo avisen), llame a preguntar porq no habían venido a limpiar y después de eso vinieron todos los días. La ubicación es buena, el hotel es limpio y las instalaciones son nuevas
STAY AWAY, this hotel is scamming its guests WATCH OUT NOT TO GET SCAMMED AS I DID! TL;DR - The King size rooms on booking.com are not as they are in reality. The photos are dramatically misleading. a great deception ! Outdated hotel. My original reservation was moved for another hotel of the same " network" in the same street. NY Manhattan Hotel. Old rooms, old beds, very very small rooms. Bathrooms were horrible. towels worn by the time of old use. The bathtub was clogged after every bath. The water did not come down after each shower... the room with cramped beds, old mattress and, dirty, old, worn carpet on the floor. the hotel must be closed for renovation urgently ! you should not keep that place working like that... read more
Bad We got our money robbed from the safe in the room. We where all day out as a normal tourists and the morning after when we went and opened it to take some cash from it, it was ALL gone. We made our complaints but no money got recovered. Manager sent log info on the safe and was with info on other dates, when we complained on this he said that secutirty Company sais dates are not correct but it was our info, hours and Days dont match so we dont accept the investigation made. Decepcionante en general. Mala atención Para acceder al hotel habia que hacerlo por escaleras (bastante complejo con valijas), mala higiene de la habitación, no repusieron el contenedor de alcohol en gel de la PB en toda mi permanencia (3 noches), no me permitieron dejar las valijas en consigna luego del check out diciendo que era una politica por el Covid (incoherente con la ausencia de elementos de sanitización).
