Fair Location is smack dab in the middle of K-Town. Overcrowded and FILTHY. Wifi was sketchy. No housekeeping service. Often no staff at the front desk. Hotel itself is modern, smells good and quiet.

Torn up chair. Outdated room. The only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby. And there’s a reason why they don’t show you the full bathroom Nothing

The worst value for money you can get Tiny tiny rooms even for nyc, bad old smell across the rooms and hotel, no facilities of any kind. Go to holiday inn or any other hotel nearby The location near night life
