Bad No internet signal inside out room. We were told that unfortunally our room is out of the internet range. The air conditin was so loud that we add to change room at the middle of the night. The mattress was too soft with no body support. 2 out of 3 staff members were unplasent. Old and small tv screen much bellow the standard. Good location Reasonable price Good size room
Disappointing
Last stay at the Hotel at Fifth Avenue We got no maid service, even after reporting the problem to the front desk. I had to go to front desk two nights to get towels and coffee pouches. Trash cans got quite full. Shower took too long to provide hot water. Desk clerk refused to store our bags for a few hours after checkout and failed to notify us of storage services nearby. Impossible to sleep! The hotel is located in Koreatown on EXTRIMELY loud and dirty street. The street is full of Korean restaurants and karaoke, so it's even hard to find the hotel entrance. I couldn't sleep till 2 AM because of korean parties under my windows. After parties is over there comes a garbage truck and starts to collect garbage, also very loudly. If you can, avoid Okay, this is a hotel that needs a LOT of work. -Didn’t have a cleaner visit my room or my floor, the entire week I stayed there. The carpet outside my room was a mess when I departed. -Wifi was patchy and often booted me -Front desk staff did not care and were not very welcoming -Hotel needed modernising 10+ years ago -No facility to store luggage upon checkout Hotel is in a decent location. The bed was rather comfortable.
