disappointing stay We arrived in the morning with all suitcases and found out there was no luggage storage available- we had to pay a lot of money for storage on the day of the arrival and on the day we left. Apparently the rooms are not cleaned every day and towels are exchanged once every 3 days! no one warned us on this so we were stuck with dirty towels and no one in the register to assist us on Saturday night. Fair The staff wasn’t good, the cleaning was bad and the answer was due to COVID-19 (limited service). The cleaning is the first this to do due to COVID-19 !!! All the hotel must be clean to protect the visitors. More then that. There is no storage place to put the luggage (check in at 15:00). So you need to speed more money on storage (24$ for 4 bags). The location was great

Bad There was no hair dryer and slipper for us. The hotel also didn’t offer luggage storage which was a bad inconvenience. The front desk staff told us because of covid, they do not have any storage which they had it before and I stayed here last year. Overall really bad experience!!!!!! The location

Bad Ужасный сервис. В комнате за неделю убиралась два раза. Ни чая ни кофе нет, непонятно за что взимается курортная плата. Берут депозит 100 долларов. Сразу блокируют на карте. Ничего.
